of mine saleable grade ore is dry-screened in 1000 tph capacity
plant adjoining river loading facility and - 10 mm fraction
is directly loaded into the barges or stockpiled whereas +
10 mm fraction is segregated, washed and prepared for export
separately. Low grade ores are upgraded and segregated according
to quality and size specification by wet washing in 1000 tph
capacity integrated Beneficiation Plant. Here +75 mm fraction
of ore is dry screened and separated initially.

- 75 mm fraction is further processed online by scrubbing, wet
washing and re-screening to generate saleable sized lumps &
fines. Reject slurry of plant is disposed off in settling /
tailing ponds in series after passing through thickener to reclaim
nearly 60 % of process water. Tailing ponds are dried up in
turn to reclaim tailings and stack them separately, in anticipation
of future possible use. We have three million tons of tailings
stock of following specifications. |

| Processing facility
& stockpiling area are spread over 2.75 square kilometers. The
products generated on processing are stockpiled seperately grade
wise and sizewise to facilitate blending and export. |
